Adega de Monção was founded in 1958 by 25 local winegrowers with a shared ambition to optimize production and bring the region’s wines to a wider audience — turning a collective dream into a realized enterprise.his origin reflects a core philosophy of cooperation and mutual benefit: producers pooling resources and expertise to strengthen the economic and cultural fabric of the Monção and Melgaço region.
