It’s a pioneering Verdejo on account of its Burgundian influence and this vintage promises to be elegant, expressive and balanced.
This is the emblematic wine of the winery. A wine that comes exclusively from our ecological farm Quinta San Diego. Each of the parcels is harvested by hand, to ferment and grow separately on its own in French oak barrels.
