Bhilar Blanco comes from the vineyards they own around the winery, with the exception of a small amount that comes from local winemakers who cultivate under David’s supervision.
Strains that are 100% ecological, grown using organic practices and biodynamic methods. The whole process involves sustainable viticulture where the number of treatments is reduced as much as possible, production is meticulously controlled and tractors are replaced with work horses. The grapes are manually harvested and placed in 10 kg boxes.
