Ciclón Rufete Viñas Serranas

Viñas Serranas was set up by César Ruiz, one of the founders of the La Tintorería wine shop in Madrid, together with Bosi Jiménez, Miquel Udina and Alberto Martín. The four combine their wisdom and passion to reveal the diversity and potential of the Sierra de Francia, a mountain range in Salamanca where they cultivate small plots with old vines from the early twentieth century.

Viñas Serranas Ciclón comes from vineyards located in 7 towns within the Sierra de Salamanca. These are old strains lying 650 metres above sea level with predominantly sandstone and quartzite soils.

Viñas Serranas Ciclón is a declaration of the potential that exists in the Sierra de Salamanca. A place whose native varieties have the ability to express the most elegant fruit and freshness.
