Domaine Serol and Michel Troisgros of the eponymous restaurant share ownership of 2 hectares, Les Blondins. Grapes were 30% destemmed, the grapes from the lower part of the hill (30% of the blend) were vinified sepatately from the upper part of the hill, with longer fermentation and aging in wooden vats in the latter.
