Domaine Corsin has established an excellent reputation for making wines in Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé since 1864. They were among the first to label wines as Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Blanc.
Today, the domaine is in its fifth generation, run by Jean-Jacques and Gilles Corsin who own 13.6 hectares of Chardonnay, of which nine are in Saint-Véran, on average 65 years old and rooted in clay-limestone soils.

| Vinification | From vines planted more than forty years ago, on northeast facing clay-limestone hillsides above the village of Davayé. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks, after which one third of the wine was matured in 1 year old Vosges barrels for eight months |
