Vinification Blend of two types of soils. The “Terres Blanches”, that givescomplexity represents 70% of the blend. The expression and the mineral side are from Caillottes based vineyards. Fermentation is in thermoregulated vats to keep its freshness. After the racking, the wine stays on fine lees until the bottling in April bringing more complexity
