Bodega Cerrón is a family project started by siblings Juanjo, Lucía and Carlos Cerdán , fourth generation of winegrowers and winemakers in the family, driven by the desire to preserve the wine history of a town, save the plant heritage of the area and recover small century-old vineyards (some owned by their family and others that, due to their low performance, were abandoned), in one of the highest areas of the DO Jumilla (La Muela, at 1,050 m).
It combines very well with all types of cheeses, particularly those made from sheep’s milk and those that are slightly aged.
