Enric Soler is one of Spain’s top white wine producers. He was once Spain’s champion sommelier and founded the Barcelona Wine Academy.
Now, he’s famous for small-batch, organic Xarel·lo wines that compete with the best whites from Chablis, Jura, and Etna. Espenyalluchs is his most mineral and structured cuvée. It’s made in very small quantities and is rarely found outside Spain.
