The G & J-H Goisot Estate, located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the Yonne region, boasts a winemaking tradition dating back to the 14th century. Today, Guilhem Goisot and his father Jean-Hugues continue this ancestral expertise, producing wines that faithfully reflect the richness and diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs.

The vineyard is situated in Burgundy, more precisely in the Côtes d’Auxerre appellation within the Chablisien subregion. This limestone and marl terroir imparts a characteristic minerality and fresh acidity typical of this Burgundy white wine area.

Since 2005, the estate has been certified in biodynamic agriculture, an approach aimed at enhancing the vine’s natural balance and preserving biodiversity. This demanding and environmentally friendly cultivation method yields high-quality grapes that fully express the unique characteristics of each plot. Adhering to their philosophy of minimal intervention, Guilhem and Jean-Hugues favor fermentations with indigenous yeasts and limit the use of sulfur during vinification. Aging is conducted in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, depending on the desired profile for each wine, to preserve the purity and expression of the fruit.
