Josmeyer Mise du Printemps Pinot Blanc

When winemaker Jean Meyer took control of the Domaine Josmeyer family winery, he revolutionized the project with creative and highly innovative ideas. Firstly, he was committed to biodynamic viticulture when it wasn’t yet well-known, and secondly, he paired wine with his other two passions: art and cooking. Today his two daughters Isabelle and Céline follow their father’s legacy with the same style and philosophy.

Josmeyer Pinot Blanc Mise du Printemps comes from 35-year-old vineyards planted in alluvial soils rich in clay, silt, and pebbled sand. Biodynamic agriculture is practiced, with organic, environmentally-friendly treatments. Harvest is carried out manually at the optimum moment of ripening.

Pair it with good company and/or soft cheeses, Aperitif, Salads, Seafood
