Laisse Tomber began as a micro-négociant project by Bastian Wolber, a German-born winemaker originally from Staufen im Breisgau. The name literally means “let it fall / let go” — a playful nod to his skateboarding accident in 2019 that forced him to pause apprenticeship with famed natural winemaker Jean-François Ganevat and ultimately sparked his own journey as a winemaker.
