| Vinification | The wine is transported for storage, in Vila Nova de Gaia, at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Here it undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. A subsequent maturation period of around 2 years follows. Bottling takes place without any form of treatment. |
