Les Hauts de Smith 2018 is crafted and aged with the same care as the estate’s Grand Vin; the entire winemaking process is exactly the same. Les Hauts de Smith serves as a bridge between everyday Bordeaux and the more serious grand vin — it offers many of the stylistic hallmarks of Smith Haut Lafitte (balance, ripe fruit, refined tannins, oak influence) but in a more accessible and earlier‑drinking package.
