Domaine Cailbourdin was started by Alain and Carmen Cailbourdin in 1980. Over the years cementing their reputation as one of the finest growers in the Pouilly-Fume appellation, with 16 hectares split between the different crus, each of which is vinified separately, thus permitting the production of four different cuvees, each representing a distinctive terroir and aromatic expression. Our constant concern for quality is evident throughout the entire winemaking process, from the vineyard to the cellar.. They practise both organic and biodynamic viticulture.
