It was the first wine produced at the estate. An elegant and personal interpretation of the Montepulciano in Abruzzo, it is obtained from repeated harvests in the same plots, followed by a further selection on the sorting table. The use of the wood in the aging phase has the purpose of helping the achievement of a natural stability, keeping the fruity purity and enriching with a light, well balanced spicy complexity.

| Vinification | Hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled. |
