Saint Auguste is a selection of the best cuvées of Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot. It is full and concentrated and is a wine that can be enjoyed upon release and over the following ten to fifteen years. Serve chilled at around 16°, open the bottle 1 hour before tasting to release the aromas. This is a powerful wine that will go wonderfully with lamb, mutton and beef ribs.
