Domaine Michel Lafarge. The wines are handled as little as possible with only a few racking’s, a light fining and minimal filtration. Very little new oak is used, the majority being barrels of up to 5 years old. All of these practices cumulate in harmonious wines which are fragrant and complex and inherently Volnay.
