Vinification  Hand-harvested on 24 September. After berry sorting came a few days of cold maceration, fermentation, yeast inoculation, pumping over and a little racking with 19 days on skins. Pressed with an old – timeless Kossuth press.

Press fraction was NOT included, so the ’Honeymoon contains only the finest wine of free run juices.Barrel-aged for 19 months, in Hungarian and French barrels; some new, some third fill. Bottled in December 2023, bottled gently, without pumping using a 1 micron membrane filter, closed with premium Diam cork.
