Dom Jantoń is a boutique, family-owned winery located in Wymysłów Francuski, in the heart of Poland’s Łask Uplands. Founded in 2013 by Jacek Jantoń, the estate spans approximately 5–6 hectares of sandy, heat-retaining soils ideal for viticulture.
Now led by his daughter, Beata Jantoń—an oenologist trained in Bordeaux and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu—the winery specializes in premium sparkling wines crafted using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
