More to the point here, Roisin doesnt do things half way either, all of her wines are stunning, a pleasure to uncork and savor. This aligote Dore is a great example. Going up against the allmighty Chardonnay in Burgundy, doesnt stay behind and does exactly what Roisin sets it for.
