The wines of i Clivi are born in Friuli in between the Collio Goriziano and the eastern hills of Udine, named Colli Orientali, where, on sunny slopes – clivi meaning “slopes” – Altogether there is cultivated 12 hectares of certified organic vineyards planted with the indigenous varieties Ribolla, Friulano, Verduzzo, and Malvasia, whose only international grape is Merlot, a variety which found home in this area more than a century ago. Taking care of this important heritage of old vines, aged between 60 and 80 years, it is for Ferdinando and Mario Zanusso a reminder of the responsibility with which they guard and produce wine on this strip of land, giving the chance to express two distinct D.O.C. denominations, Collio, and Colli Orientali del Friuli, whose sensory difference is related exclusively to the microclimate. The low yields produced by these old vines give a natural concentration and complexity to the fruit they seek to transform naturally with spontaneous fermentation, maintaining the elegance and aromatic integrity through careful maturation in steel tanks for 50,000 bottles of varietal wines with great personality, distinguished grace, and delicacy. -
The late Bruno Sorg and his son François are responsible for some of the finest, richest and most concentrated wines in Alsace. The Sorg family have been producing wine in the Alsace since the 18th century, with this particular branch of it established in the late 1960s by Renée and the late Bruno Sorg. Alsace is becoming better known for and offering superb value in comparison to some Pinot from Burgundy. A complex Pinot, that has good fruit density, freshness along with a savoury dimension. Primitivo is practically synonymous with Puglia and the south of Italy. If you truly want to experience the quality of a fine Primitivo di Manduria, try this wine. It must be said that the Primitivo di Manduria is slightly different from the rest of Puglia. Manduria has a privileged location, right in the middle of the Salento peninsula.This allows the marine breeze coming from both the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea to refresh the vineyard. The soil is composed of limestone with iron oxide fossils, giving it a distinctive red color. This soil is also known as Terra Rossa and it is typical of the Mediterranean region.The climate is ideal too, with mild winters and extremely hot summers and according to Decanter, "Primitivo is the most sun-loving grape I have seen." It goes well with dark and white meat from the grill or from the oven. Also a pleasant red wine with pasta dishes with spicy sauces as well as spicy cheeses. Dominated by Carignan, this is a Minervois which will wow the senses and really impress with its value for money. The fruit for the Ramel Grand Cuvee were sourced from the Domaine de la Baquiere Estate, within the heart of the Languedoc Wine Region. From 23 hectares of vineyard on the slopes of the Montagne Noire where the Ramel-Mazard family winemaking dates back to 1726, forming traditional methods of production, with the fruit harvested by hand and each grape variety vinified separately in stainless steel. This is a medium/full bodied with bright ruby edge. Interesting and attractive nose, sweet blackberry, plum notes with a smoky, meaty complexion. Cherry notes too. Medium weight palate with sweet blackberry fruit, mocha and cherry tones. Tannins are grippy but well balanced and the 14% alcohol well integrated. Would suit Duck very well, or slow cooked meats stew style dishes. -
Pecorino We will play with the Flowers of Torre dei Beati born in the vineyards located on the hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso, in the heart of the Abruzzo region.It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, recently recovered in Italy as an ancient grape. The Pecorino is a native vine of poor productivity and great enological interest, which is deserving the attention of the fans. Torre dei Beati uses traditional and non-intrusive winemaking techniques. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages in steel before being bottled. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is fine and elegant, with hints of pear and white flowers, rounded by pleasant honeyed notes and hints of medicinal herbs. On the palate it is soft and with an excellent balance between alcohol, acidity and minerality. The wine has a long lasting and stimulating finish. Perfect to accompany aperitifs, appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats and first courses. -
Pazo das Bruxas is a wine that pays homages to the folklore and nature of Galicia, a land of immense forests inhabited by mystic and magical beings like the Galician witches who lived in old country houses (pazos) where they would connect with nature through dances and spells to obtain the best fruits from it. Just like the albariño stock that gives life to Pazo das Bruxas. It is made by the local and most representative variety of Rías Baixas region; Albariño. It is an intensely aromatic wine displaying distinctive fruit notes (green apple and lemon peel) with clean undertones of hay. The perfect choice as an aperitif or to pair with raw, cooked or grilled seafood. -
Quinta de Cidrô presents the first Alvarinho produced in the Douro, another superb result of the continuous innovation that takes place in the vineyards of the property. The idea to plant Alvarinho in the Douro came from their ambition to produce a high quality white monovarietal from a Portuguese grape variety. A wine marked by fine and delicate aromas of citrus fruit and orange blossom, which presents an excellent aromatic complexity. Expressive and personalized, it is above all a full-bodied Douro wine, revealing flavours that can be guessed at in the aroma. Grüner Veltliner is Austria's most famous grape variety and is considered Austria's national grape variety. The best Grüner Veltliner wines come from the northeast of the country, especially regions such as the Wachau, Kamptal and Kremstal bordering the Danube River. This wine made by Weingut Weixelbaum the winery of Heinz and Gabi Weixelbaum. Located in the village of Strasser in the Austrian Kamptal. It is a medium sized, typical Austrian winery. A family business that is passed on from generation to generation. Heinz Weixelbaum has very good vineyards on soils of 'urgestein' and 'loess', Heinz also dares to prune a lot in the spring, so that his wines are more powerful than most from the region. The Weixelbaum family only makes wine from grapes from its own 22 hectares of vineyards. Everything is done by hand and the cellar is full of the most modern equipment. The vineyards in the Kamptal owe their name to the river Kamp that flows through the area. It is one of the most prestigious Austrian wine districts. In this wine-growing region, which is part of the federal state of Lower Austria, warm and sunny summer days ensure optimal ripening of the grapes. In addition, a cooling breeze during the night guarantees flawless aromas and refined acids in the wines. The vineyards are mainly terraced along the steep banks of the river. The soil consists largely of loess, loam, gravel, sandstone and shale. Because the roots of the vines can reach up to six meters deep, the wines get a different character on every surface. -
Manchuela is the spiritual home of the Bobal grape. Clos Lojen made by Bodega y Viñedos Ponce is a biodynamic and pure 100% Bobal from limestone soils, fermented in big oak casks. Bobal is the 2nd most planted red variety in Spain yet so little of it reaches the heights of which it’s undoubtedly capable. With a naturally deep colour, high levels of tannins, high acidity and an ability to be exciting as either a blending partner or a mono-varietal wine, momentum needs to be gained with Bobal, till then we seek winemakers that do exciting things and produce wines that are fun to drink. As per Juan Antonio Ponce own words “I want my wines to be bought by any ordinary person. We must be able to reach consumers in a straight-forward manner otherwise beer will cannibalize our markets.” -

Whites Muralhas Vinho Verde - The wine is made from the Alvarinho (predominant) and Trajadura varieties, indigenous to Portugal and the region, more specifically. The dry Muralhas de Moncao Vinho Verde never seems intrusive, but is soft, elegant and harmonious with no wood whatsoever. The wine goes well not only as an aperitif, but also with salads, seafood, fish dishes and white meat.Merinas Verdejo Organic - Lovely Organic from Castilla de La Mancha is an easy going, fruit forward wine. Generous flavours of citrus, peach, pear, lychee with a hint of jasmine, orange blossom and fennel. Fruity, bright and lively. Goes down very well on its own and pairs nicely with fish, chicken, vegetarian dishes and curry.

Les Anges Sauvignon Blanc - Another one that won’t disappoint. This is a Val de Loire dry white. In Sancerre Kingdom this is an entry level Sauvignon Blanc that doesn't over promised but over delivers. Elegant and refreshing with a good burst of fruit and a touch of minerality. Bright, fresh yellow color. Flowery on the palate, fresh and delicate, fruity with a smooth finish. Produced thinking on sustainability it's a local wine for local people that got it's foot out of the region due to it's simplicity and quality.

Bubbly Rosé La Jara Frizzante Rosé - A totally irresistible semi-sparkling Italian rosé from one of our favourite Prosecco producers, La Jara, but in this case they use a little bit of the red grape, Raboso, to give the wine its lovely pale coral colour. Dry on the palate and bursting with fresh strawberry notes reined in by the pithy bite of pink grapefruit. At 10.5% this is the wine to drink in the park with socially distanced friends, or with lunch in the garden before you’re really meant to be getting stuck into the vino!
Les Anges Sauvignon Blanc
Red Bodegas Matsu El Picaro - The name El Picaro translates to The Rogue, and Matsu is the Japanese word meaning to wait, referencing the balance of attitude and patience that goes into making this wine. Fruit is hand harvested from a selection of 90-year-old vineyards in Toro (Spain) that are cultivated using biodynamic techniques. It has an intense aroma in which one can find blackberry, blueberry compote, cocoa and toasted almond characters. It is succulent and supple, and displays excellent fruit intensity, wonderfully supported by silky texture and fine tannins. The wine is fleshy and generous and will be a crowd pleaser.

Piedra Negra Malbec -François Lurton vineyards are situated in the highlands (1,100 m) and semi-desert (poor alluvial gravels reminiscent of those of Pessac-Léognan), in the plains at the foot of the mountain range of the Andes: the Uco Valley. Thanks to his experience, acquired all over the world, he practices an environmentally friendly viticulture and produces extraordinary wines here that have a unique personality that combines freshness and concentration. Thanks to the climatic conditions of this high altitude desert and very draining and not very fertile alluvial gravel soils, the wines of the Uco Valley, and especially those of Los Chacayes, are quite unique and François Lurton vision was a success. This Malbec has a an outstanding quality/price ratio and it is definitely a contender not only for those summer barbecues but also for those cold winter nights. Pair it with Carpaccio, Paella, Iberian ham, red pepper stuffed with cheese and Hummus.
Matsu El Picaro
Herdade Da Pimenta Colheita - The Portuguese rising region Alentejo is just made for such quality wines. The strong temperature differences between day and night temperatures have a beneficial effect on the nutrient absorption, acidity and sugar content of the grapes. This Pimenta Colheita Alentejo from Herdade da Pimenta shows deep ruby red with violet nuances. A complex scent of blueberries, white flowers and fine vanilla/wood aromas accompany the elegant fruit of the Pimenta Colheita. Chocolate and coconut notes are perceived on the palate, accompanied by delicate herbal and spicy notes, complex and balanced. The oak shows up in the Pimenta Colheita in a discreet caramel note with pleasant, fine-grained and soft tannins. The finish is concentrated, spicy and long-lasting.

The concept of this label is to send the consumer to the botanical universe of the XVI century. A very unique style which is a tribute to nature and the living beings who look after it so well. A mixture of charcoal pencils with watercolor provides fresh, traditional, and natural air. The informative label on the side of the bottle is drawn in a vintage style referencing this era's aesthetics. The Lacewing or Chrysoperla (Raza)represents their holistic approach to viticulture. Its efficiency in biological control pest is remarkable and helps keep the vines free of pests.Pet Nat is an abbreviation for Pétillant Naturel, a naturally sparkling wine. The fermented wine is still bottled in the bottle, which stops the fermentation there, so a little CO2 and yeast precipitate is formed in the bottle. The wine is not cleaned, sweetened (no dosage) and the wine is now closed with a regular crown cap. The wine is made with natural yeast and uses minimal sulphites. Spontaneous fermentation ends in the bottle, as a result of which a pleasantly natural layer remains in the wine. This refreshing, sparkling wine is full of fruity and lively orchard flavors. The natural sediment makes the wine cloudy, while adding many interesting nuances to the taste, the wild yeast makes the wine tasty and easy to enjoy. -

Casa Relvas is a family-owned winery that was born out of a desire to give continuity to the family history associated with the land for five generations. The project began in 1997, Alexandre Relvas, who learned about his extensive family roots in the estate "Herdade De Sao Miguel" in Alentejo. In 2001, the first 10 hectares of vineyards were planted. Next year, Nuno Franco, a consultant in viticulture and enology, joins the project, he continues to plant another 25 hectares of vineyards. In 2003, a new winery was built on the estate with the possibility of vinification of 500 tons of grapes. It was headed by winemaker Fernanda Gomes. The following year, the first wine of the farm was launched on the market. By 2010, wine sales doubled to 1 million bottles. The following year, the company acquired the estate "Herdade da Pimenta" with 65 hectares of vineyards and a winery that can process 2.5 tons of grapes. Since 2016, the company also began to grow olive trees. The mission of Casa Relvas is to produce quality wines that accompany every moment of life, wines that can bring special pleasure from food, celebration, meeting with friends and beautify the memories of bright moments of life. This wine accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats. -
This is the first wine made by Esporão back in 1985. Label illustrated by António Poppe that changes with every organic vintage. Classic wine style made from estate grown grapes that shows the consistency and the rich, ripe fruit characters which are typical of the best Alentejo red wines. Deep dark red colour with intense spicy aroma of mature red berry fruits with discrete oak complexity. On the palate it is elegant, dense and creamy. -
Col di Sasso meaning Stony Hill – the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese cultivated on the most rocky and impervious slopes of the Banfi estate in Montalcino. A young, but intense wine. The color is ruby red with purple shades. The wine shows intense and fruity scents of black currant, cherry and other red fruits. The structure is soft and magnificently sustained by a good acidity, resulting from the sweet and mellow tannins. The finish is pleasant and with a balanced complexity.

The Champagne grower-producer Gaston Chiquet has made a name for itself as one of the best. In a region with thousands of small producers, it is a credit to owners Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet. Based in the evocatively named Dizy, the family first planted vines in 1746 but did not produce Champagne until 1935, when brothers Ferdinand and Gaston Chiquet took the bold step of setting up their own label, rather than merely selling grapes to the larger houses. Today they produce 15,000 cases a year. This is a classic aperitif Champagne. Deliciously light, crisp citrus and apple orchard flavours mingle with sundry red-berried fruit. It is beautifully plumped out in the middle, courtesy of Premier Cru Pinot Noir fruit from the evocatively named village of Dizy, ending with delicate toasty notes. -
Lomba dos Ares is a Spanish take on Beaujolais, a blend of native grapes - Mencía, Mouratón, Garnacha Tintorera, Caiño and Bastardo - that captures the essence of Ribeira Sacra with a perfumed nose and plenty of freshness and finesse on the palate. It's not surprising that beautiful places like this produce soulful wines. Red fruits, orange peel, violets and cedar come in layers making this delicious to sip solo but also very versatile with charcuterie, roasted vegetable or pork dishes. -
The Kanonkop Kadette Pinotage 2021 shows intense purple hues with lively aromas of fresh plums, mulberries and allspice, followed by a meaty undertone. The palate displays an inherent earthy touch, with flavours of crimson beetroot and maraschino cherries. Wonderful coherent balance between the fruit and the fresh acidity, with muscular support from the tightly woven tannin structure. -
Founded in 1919, Domaine Papagiannakos is located in the Attica region of Central Greece, just 18 miles from Athens. Today, the winery is run by the 3rd generation, Vassilis Papagiannakos, who has issued a new era of modern winemaking while still maintaining the family’s dedication to cultivating and preserving the region’s most famous indigenous grape, Savatiano( We have this one in stock too!). The winery produces a small amount of red wine, showcasing both the indigenous Agioritiko as well as international varietals such Cabernet Sauvignon in this case. Agiorgitiko is a historical variety with a great genetic variation. The vineyards used for the Papagiannakos Erythros are located in southeastern Attica at an altitude of 360 feet. The vineyard is relatively young, with an average of 20-years-old, and has a north-facing exposure. The vineyard is farmed without irrigation, resulting in low-yielding vines that produce grapes with rich, concentrated fruit flavours. The structure of this red wine makes it an ideal pairing for a variety of red meat dishes, as well as hard cheeses. -
The Mesta was a powerful alliance of shepherds in medieval Castile, who controlled the “cañadas”: traditional rights-of-way for migrating sheep. to this day, the “cañadas” are protected from being blocked or built upon. Our vineyards are nestled deep in the land of The Mesta, and are still passed over by flocks on their annual migration – a reminder of ancient rights, and a cultural cue for continued co-existence with nature. Produced from organically farmed vineyards in Uclés (Castile, Spain). Managed as an integrated ecosystem and studded with centenary oak trees. The continental climate with sunny days and cool nights allow us to achieve intense fruit and excellent varietal definition, while retaining remarkable freshness Mesta Tempranillo is a vibrant and juicy, unoaked red wine, showing great purity and the typicity of high-altitude Tempranillo, with expressive and well-defined aromas of red berries, rosemary and a touch of liquorice. Bright ruby red colour. Fresh and with an excellent persistence on the palate, with round texture and a satisfyingly dry finish. Very versatile, medium-bodied food wine, excellent with tapas, grilled meat and pasta. -
A totally irresistible semi-sparkling organic rosé from our favourite Prosecco producer La Jara, but in this case they use a little bit of the red grape Raboso, to give the wine its lovely pale coral colour. The nose is delicate and fruity, led by aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. The palate is fresh and tart, full of gooseberry and redcurrant notes. Try pairing this wine with risotto or pasta, or simply having it as an aperitif. Just for the fun of it, I leave you with a fun fact. The Italians call the string around the bottle a spago. It has no function other than that it looks nice. And that is exactly what makes it a real Italian wine. Beautiful on the inside and beautiful on the outside. A feast to watch and a feast to drink. -
Located within the AOC Bordeaux, the Vignoble de Gravelierhas 32 Ha of vines with an average age of 20 years. It is located on hillsides thus benefiting from a beautiful sunshine. The harvest is harvested at perfect maturity and vinified using the traditional method in stainless steel vats and aged in cement vats. The grape variety of the vineyard is composed of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon. To present a quality wine, the yields and phytosanitary treatments are moderate. The foliage is kept as high as possible to obtain better maturity. With deep colour, classic structure and unusually ripe flavours, this is classic claret to serve with roast beef, duck or T-bone steak. A gourmet Bordeaux!
